What is Body Code?
The Body Code™ is a system for exploring potential imbalances that may be affecting a person’s physical, emotional, mental, or overall well-being. It uses a structured system of charts and muscle testing to explore different areas and identify issues that may be worth further attention.
Rather than assuming that every person or every concern has the same underlying cause, a Body Code session allows the assessment process to guide the work. We may explore areas such as emotions, beliefs, stress patterns, physical factors, relationships, environmental influences, or other areas included within the Body Code system.
How Does a Body Code Session Work?
A session begins with a specific concern or area you would like to explore. Using muscle testing and the Body Code charts, I work through the appropriate areas to see what may be contributing to the issue being addressed.
The process is individualized. One person’s session may involve emotional patterns, while another may lead in an entirely different direction. The purpose isn’t to work through every possible category simply because it is available, but to follow the assessment process and address what appears relevant to the person and situation being explored.
What Can Body Code Be Used For?
Code can be used to explore a wide variety of concerns and areas of imbalance. Sessions may focus on physical discomfort or other physical concerns, emotional or mental patterns, stress, relationships, recurring issues, or situations where you simply feel that something is “off” but aren’t sure what is contributing to it.
Every session is different because every person is different.
Body Code is not intended to replace medical care, psychological care, or other professional treatment. Instead, it is a complementary approach for exploring areas that may be contributing to an individual’s experience.
A Different Way of Looking at the Problem
One of the things I appreciate about the Body Code is that it doesn’t require me to decide in advance what the problem is or what should be addressed.
I don’t have to know. The assessment can lead us there.
