How does an email session work?

Choosing a session is simple, and every session is personalized to your needs. Once you’ve selected the session type:

1. Place your order – complete checkout on Etsy (or contact me for alternative payment).
2. Remote session – I perform your session from my home sanctuary, focusing entirely on your needs—no appointment necessary.
3. Receive your session file – your personalized PDF is uploaded to your Etsy order or sent by email within 24–48 hours.
4. Apply & reflect – use the insights and guidance in your session notes to support your personal growth and healing.

This approach keeps the process straightforward while letting the focus remain on the experience rather than on technical steps.

Settling in for a session

In my bustling, multi-generational home (dog included!), I start by brewing a comforting cup of coffee or tea and letting my family know it’s focus time. My quiet sanctuary space becomes my office, and a closed door signals ‘do not disturb’—except in emergencies, of course.

With a lit candle and my favorite essential oil blend diffusing, I invite divine guidance from God and our Guardian Angels for your highest good. I then review your submitted information, giving my full attention to your concerns.

The session

I follow the specific protocol for your chosen session type—whether that’s the Emotion Code, Body Code, Thought Code, Sacred Roots, House Healing, or another modality. Each approach has its own techniques designed to address different aspects of your well-being. With careful attention, I identify and release energy blockages, clear negative emotions, balance energies, or address the areas of concern you’ve shared. This structured method ensures your session is precise, effective, and supportive of alignment on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

Finalizing your session

Once the session is complete, I compile your personalized notes into a PDF. This document contains the results of your session, guidance, and actionable insights. If you’ve ordered through Etsy, it’s uploaded directly to your order; otherwise, it can be emailed to you.
