What is Windows to Wellness?

Windows to Wellness is a framework I created to bring together the many charts, assessment tools, and areas of exploration I have developed and collected throughout my years of working with clients. It provides a structured way to look beyond a single concern and explore the different areas that may be contributing to an individual’s experience.

How Does Windows to Wellness Work?

Windows to Wellness is built around a simple principle:

Let the body lead.

Windows to Wellness is designed to let the session unfold one step at a time. Each response provides the direction for what to explore next, allowing the person’s body to guide the process rather than requiring a predetermined protocol or set of questions to be followed from beginning to end. One step leads to the next question, another chart, or a completely different area of exploration. In this way, the session becomes an individualized path rather than a checklist that is the same for everyone with a particular concern.

The charts and assessment tools provide a way to organize that exploration. Depending on what is being assessed, they may include areas such as emotions, beliefs, relationships, stress, physical factors, environmental influences, meridians, geopathic stress, and other potential areas of imbalance.

Not every area will be relevant to every person, and the purpose isn’t to work through every chart simply because it exists. The assessment determines where to look.

Why I Created Windows to Wellness

Over the years, I’ve worked with a variety of systems, charts, and assessment approaches. As my work developed, I found myself creating additional charts and ways of organizing information so I could more easily navigate the many possibilities that might be relevant to a client.

Eventually, those individual pieces became something much larger.

Windows to Wellness grew out of my need for a more comprehensive, organized way to navigate the assessment process. I created the framework to bring these different areas together in one place while still allowing each person’s assessment to unfold individually.

It isn’t intended to tell me what should be happening. Instead, it gives me a way to ask better questions, explore different possibilities, and follow the direction indicated by the assessment.

A Framework, Not a Formula

Windows to Wellness isn’t intended to be a rigid formula. Two people can come to a session with a similar concern and have completely different assessment results.

One person’s assessment may lead toward emotions or beliefs. Another may lead toward relationships, physical factors, environmental influences, or something else entirely.

The charts provide the map. The assessment determines the path.

And that brings me back to the principle at the heart of the system:

I don’t know. Body, where would you like to begin?

Assisting Clients World-Wide

The Tinker’s Moon has worked with clients from many different locations and backgrounds, and I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with people from all over the world.

One of the things I value most about this work is getting to know the person behind the session. Every person brings their own experiences, circumstances, questions, and perspective, and I don’t believe in approaching people as though there is one answer or one approach that fits everyone.

My work is offered with respect for each person’s individual circumstances, beliefs, experiences, and pace. Whether you are coming with a specific concern, exploring a long-standing pattern, or simply curious about what a session might reveal, you are welcome here.

I encourage you to take some time to explore the website and learn more about me and the way I work. If you have questions that aren’t answered here, you’re welcome to contact me before ordering. There is no pressure to decide that a session is right for you simply because you’ve reached out.

My hope is that you will have enough information to make a decision that feels right for you.
