I believe our paths cross for a reason. If you’ve found your way here, something within you may be asking for rest, support, clarity, balance, or change. My work is centered around helping people gently explore the deeper patterns contributing to emotional overwhelm, nervous system stress, energetic imbalance, and feeling stuck — while creating space for restoration, regulation, and healing.

This is not about forcing transformation or “fixing” what is broken. It’s about listening to the body, honoring the nervous system, and supporting the natural process of healing with compassion, patience, and care.

My Approach

My work blends emotional clearing, body-led exploration, nervous system awareness, energetic balancing, subconscious pattern work, and spiritual support into a calm, personalized healing experience.

Using a combination of methods — including Emotion Code, Body Code, my own Thought Code system, and the developing Inner Alarm System framework — I help identify the stress patterns, emotional burdens, unresolved experiences, adaptive survival responses, and energetic imbalances that may be contributing to emotional, physical, spiritual, or nervous system distress.

Rather than relying on rigid interpretations or one-size-fits-all techniques, sessions are guided by the body’s priorities and approached with gentleness, flexibility, and intuition. My goal is to support regulation, grounding, emotional safety, and balance while helping uncover the deeper layers that may be influencing your experience.

My Background

I’ve spent more than 35 years studying healing, spirituality, emotional well-being, energy work, and the deep connections between the body, mind, emotions, and nervous system. Over time, my work has evolved into an integrated, body-led approach that draws from both formal training and lived experience.

Alongside extensive study in multiple healing modalities, I’ve worked with clients from many walks of life while continuing to refine the systems and techniques that now shape my practice. My work is deeply intuitive, but also grounded in observation, compassion, nervous system awareness, and respect for each person’s individual journey and pace.

My Personal Journey

I’m a mom, grandma, writer, gardener, lifelong learner, and unapologetic nerd at heart. I live in a multi-generational home in central Florida with my family and a very opinionated dog, and I deeply value quietness, simplicity, prayer, learning, and meaningful connection.

Living with fibromyalgia for many years has given me firsthand understanding of what it means to navigate exhaustion, chronic stress, physical pain, and the emotional weight that often accompanies long-term health struggles. That experience has shaped the gentleness and compassion I bring to this work.

I believe healing isn’t always loud or dramatic. Sometimes it begins with finally feeling safe enough to breathe, soften, rest, and listen to what the body has been trying to communicate all along.


What Makes This Different

My work is not focused on fear, rigid interpretations, or endlessly digging through trauma. I believe the body and nervous system are adaptive, protective, and deeply intelligent.

The systems I use are designed to support exploration rather than force conclusions — helping identify patterns, stress responses, nervous system overload, emotional burdens, and areas where the body may be asking for support, regulation, or balance.

Every session is personalized and approached with compassion, emotional safety, spiritual respect, and nervous system awareness. Some people come seeking emotional relief, some are navigating trauma or overwhelm, and others simply feel disconnected, exhausted, or stuck.

No matter where you are on your journey, my hope is to provide a calm, supportive space where healing can unfold gently and naturally — one layer at a time.

Main Techniques & Frameworks I Use

Emotion Code®

The Emotion Code is a gentle method for identifying and releasing trapped emotional energies — unresolved emotional experiences that may continue influencing the body, nervous system, emotions, and overall well-being long after the original experience has passed.

By helping the body release these stored emotional patterns, many people experience greater emotional clarity, reduced stress, improved balance, and a greater sense of ease and resilience.

Body Code®

The Body Code expands upon Emotion Code by exploring additional layers of imbalance that may be contributing to emotional, physical, energetic, or spiritual distress. This may include areas such as energetic imbalances, nervous system stress, environmental influences, belief patterns, nutritional support, energetic overload, and other underlying stressors affecting overall balance.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, Body Code helps guide deeper exploration into the patterns and imbalances the body may be prioritizing at the time of the session.

Beyond Emotion Code & Body Code

Over more than 35 years of study, practice, and hands-on experience, my work has naturally evolved into a more integrated, body-led approach that combines emotional clearing, nervous system awareness, subconscious exploration, energetic balancing, and deeper pattern recognition.

While Emotion Code and Body Code remain important foundational tools in my practice, I’ve also developed additional frameworks designed to support more layered exploration and personalized healing work.

Thought Code

Thought Code is my personal framework for exploring the subconscious beliefs, thought patterns, internal narratives, and mental conditioning that influence how we experience ourselves, others, stress, relationships, and the world around us.

Many of these patterns develop quietly over time and can contribute to emotional overwhelm, nervous system stress, self-protection patterns, fear responses, or feeling stuck in repetitive cycles. Thought Code helps identify and release limiting beliefs and internal patterns while supporting greater clarity, emotional flexibility, self-awareness, and balance.

Inner Alarm System™

The Inner Alarm System is a framework designed to explore how unresolved stress, nervous system overload, emotional conflict patterns, survival responses, adaptive coping patterns, and underlying stress states may affect emotional, energetic, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Rather than relying on rigid interpretations or fear-based approaches, the Inner Alarm System focuses on gentle exploration, nervous system awareness, body-led guidance, stabilization, and deeper pattern recognition.

This framework helps identify:

  • active and pending stress patterns
  • nervous system responses
  • survival adaptations
  • overload and hypervigilance patterns
  • emotional and energetic stress layers
  • body-based stress expression
  • stabilization and regulation needs

The goal is not to force healing, but to support the body’s natural movement toward regulation, balance, restoration, and recovery.

Continual Growth & Learning

My work continues to evolve through ongoing study, observation, prayer, experience, and a deep desire to better understand the connections between the body, emotions, nervous system, energy system, beliefs, stress patterns, and spiritual well-being.

I believe healing is rarely one-dimensional. Every person carries a unique story, nervous system history, emotional landscape, and life experience. Because of that, I remain committed to learning, growing, refining my approach, and creating compassionate, supportive spaces where healing can unfold gently and naturally.

In the past few years, I have been honored to work with clients on almost every continent … just one more to go (Antarctica).  Distance truly doesn’t matter!  With the help of modern communications technology, we are able to work together no matter where you are in the world.  Who knows, maybe someday I’ll even work with someone on the space station or the moon!  Sessions are available by email, phone, or video.
