Not sure which session to choose? You’re not alone — with so many options, it can be hard to know where to begin. That’s why I’ve put together a starting sequence that helps gently lay the groundwork for deeper healing and long-lasting energetic support.
These sessions help clear spiritual clutter, untangle generational baggage, and reset your energetic foundation so that other work (like deep clearing or Emotion Code) can be even more effective.
My recommended starting point for most clients:

The sessions I offer are designed to gently uncover and release the blocks that keep you stuck—emotionally, energetically, or spiritually. Many clients come in with deep questions about their lives, their patterns, or their path forward. Through this work, I help bring clarity, healing, and forward movement.
Each session is kind, compassionate, and completely personalized. You don’t need to be present for the work to be effective—just open to the process and willing to take the first step.
All sessions are completed remotely and delivered by email—no phone or video call is required. When you’re ready to book, simply purchase the session you’d like from the store page. After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a link to a short form where you can provide the information I need to complete your session. Sessions are typically completed within 24–48 hours after I receive your completed form.
This format allows me to work with deep focus and without tech interruptions, creating a more centered and effective experience for you. It also gives you the freedom to receive the work without rearranging your day or needing to be “on” for anyone else.

No, and that’s by design. There is no energy-clearing modality—mine or anyone else’s—that can safely release every imbalance in one session. Releasing too much at once can overwhelm your system, because negative energy behaves like a toxin. Your body needs time to process and detox safely.
It’s important to understand that God and your subconscious mind are in charge of the timing and order of each release, and it’s always done with the highest care and wisdom. Every person’s journey is different. If you’re older or have experienced significant trauma, you’re likely carrying more layers of energetic baggage. And if you’re an empath? You might even be holding on to stuff that isn’t yours.
Healing is a process—grace-filled, paced by the Lord, and always unfolding in the way that’s right for you.
My regular prices are lower than many who do this kind of work because I do not believe wellness and spiritual growth should be a luxury. When one of us heals, the who world heals. It is my way to “pay it forward”.
I also offer two low-cost options that are perfect for those who don’t need a detailed report:

While I no longer offer coupon codes like I did on Etsy, my prices here have been reduced to reflect the savings from Etsy fees and platform costs.
I currently offer a Heart Wall Clearing Package, which typically includes 3–5 sessions (depending on what’s needed) to fully clear one heart-wall — whether it’s regular, hidden, secret, or otherwise. There’s no extra charge if more sessions are needed to complete the process.
My “No Notes” sessions are also available in 7-Day and 30-Day packages at a discounted rate for those seeking ongoing energetic support without the need for session details.
I’m also beginning to offer combo packages that group sessions commonly booked together. These are designed to make it easier to purchase multiple sessions in one step — especially if you already know what you need and prefer to work through several areas at once.
Outside of those options, I prefer to empower clients to choose sessions intuitively, as they feel led, rather than create a structure that feels like a long-term commitment.

I send a MONTHLY newsletter and occasionally a mid-month catch up if there is something important or a sale. I dislike email clutter, so I will not spam you with too much email. Sessions are usually completed within 48 hours of ordering and receipt of your information form. That’s part of the beauty of doing email sessions … I can do them in and around my household schedule and you get them much faster. My wait time for scheduled appointments was often a week or more as my scheduling options were limited. Please read the session description so you know if it is considered “same day” or “next day”. Please also note that I may or may not work weekends and/or holidays depending on what my family has going on.
