By booking services from The Tinker’s Moon, you explicitly acknowledge that all sessions, energy works, candle burning, etc. are for entertainment, personal empowerment, and spiritual enlightenment only. In compliance with regulations, all offerings are provided for religious or personal belief purposes and should be considered for entertainment only. You must be over the age of 18 and/or the parent or legal guardian of someone to request a session for them.

These sessions are not intended to, and should never be a substitute for legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice or consultation. No legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice is given in my sessions. I am not a licensed healthcare provider (nor do I have any medical qualifications). I do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, heal, or cure any illnesses, physical, or mental health conditions. A few days of processing will follow any form of energy clearing.  It is possible that during this time you may have some symptoms of this, such as emotional ups and downs, vivid dreams, trouble sleeping, or a bit of fatigue.  This can be part of the healing process (sometimes referred to as a “healing crisis”) and shouldn’t last for more than a day or two.  If you are not comfortable with symptoms, please consult a healthcare professional.

Any and all information contained in a session report should be treated by you with appropriate caution. Any potential and/or probable outcome is without guarantee as a person’s free will determines his/her actual outcome or experience. You agree that you are responsible for your own actions and decisions, and any information shared is not a substitute for professional advice or assistance. Should you require professional advice, you agree that you will seek assistance from a relevant qualified professional. I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions subsequent to or based on my session.

You are purchasing a “Statement of Completion”. The purchasing of products signifies your acceptance of the policy statements and releases the Practitioner from all liability.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reading purchase if the session request is outside of my ethical boundaries. In such instances, my maximum liability to you will be a full refund of the amount that you have paid for the relevant item. Aside from this, no refunds will be issued.

1. I understand that energy clearing/balancing, as practiced by The Practitioner seeks to identify and eliminate underlying imbalances by releasing energetic imbalances in the areas of energy, circuitry, pathogens, structure, toxicity, and nutrition. These methods of energy clearing/balancing promote harmony and balance within, relieving stress and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. Energy clearing/balancing such as these methods is widely recognized as a valuable and effective complement to conventional medical care.
2. I understand that in approximately 20% of sessions, energy healing may result in “processing,” where echoes of the emotion(s) or other energy(s) released may manifest in temporary physical or emotional discomfort and that this “processing” appears to be a normal part of regaining energetic balance.
3. I understand that my practitioner makes no claims as to healing or recovery from any illness I may have now, nor the prevention of any illness I may have in the future, and that no guarantee is made toward validity. I further understand that the use of any information I receive is at my own risk.
4. I understand that if I have health concerns, I am advised to seek advice from an appropriate medical practitioner before making any decisions about my health and that this information is offered as a service and is not meant to replace any medical treatment.
5. I understand that these sessions are confidential and that any personal information would be used anonymously for educational and research purposes only, subject to any exceptions governed by laws of the State of residence of The Practitioner, or Federal laws and regulations and that identifying personal information such as my last name and city will be deleted to maintain my privacy unless required by law.
6. I understand that energy clearing/balancing sessions consist of and incorporate the use of a variety of energy balancing protocols, including but not limited to those listed on this website.  A report may or may not include specific details about the kinds of energies that were released and/or balanced.
7. I understand that by agreeing to these Terms of Service, I fully consent to participate in sessions using these methods with The Practitioner.

They are not intended to replace medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice or treatment. By booking a session, you acknowledge personal responsibility for how you use the information provided.
