What are Thought Code Sessions?

Our beliefs shape everything—how we see ourselves, how we interpret the world, and how we respond to life. They act like an internal GPS, quietly directing our thoughts, decisions, and actions—often without us realizing it. Thought Code is a powerful energy healing method that helps identify and release the subconscious belief patterns running in the background, especially the ones holding you back from living fully, freely, and in alignment with who you really are.

What Is Thought Code?

Thought Code is a signature energy-clearing method I developed to identify and release limiting beliefs and thought patterns at the subconscious level. This work goes beyond emotions, reaching into the mental and energetic structures that hold you back.

These sessions work with muscle testing and energetic correction techniques to shift out subconscious blocks and rewrite the outdated programming behind them. Unlike affirmations or conscious effort alone, Thought Code works deep—clearing the root of old beliefs that still influence your life even if your mind has moved on.

How It Works

We use muscle testing to uncover the dominant thought-based imbalances creating internal resistance or emotional friction. These might include:

  • Negative thought loops or subconscious programs
  • Flawed core beliefs developed in childhood
  • Limiting beliefs about self-worth, success, relationships, or safety
  • Core identity distortions that shape how you see yourself
  • Energetic “broadcasts” that influence how others respond to you

Once these patterns are identified, I facilitate the energetic release and replacement with affirming, aligned beliefs.

A Little Background

I began offering Thought Code sessions in 2018 after studying various belief-based systems like Psych-K®, Body Code®, and Emotion Code®. Early on, I noticed how much change could happen when subconscious beliefs were addressed directly, especially those tied to self-worth, success, or identity.

I developed my own method, merging those influences with intuitive insights and structured energy testing. At first, sessions focused on the body’s meridians and required in-person tapping on specific alarm points. But during the COVID lockdown, I restructured everything to work remotely using energy centers and categorizing more than 1,400 beliefs into themes for release or replacement (some limiting and some empowering).

This isn’t just a mashup of other systems—it’s a signature method that’s helped hundreds of clients experience true, internal transformation.

FAQ Highlights

  • Do I have to talk about my issues?
    Nope. Most of the time, your subconscious does all the talking (via muscle testing). You’re always welcome to share, but it’s not required.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    That depends on your goals and the depth of what’s being cleared. Some see major shifts in one session; others choose to do a series over time.
  • Is this similar to Belief Code®?
    Thought Code was developed several years before Belief Code® was released by Dr. Bradley Nelson. While there’s some shared language (like “limiting beliefs” or “core programming”), Thought Code stands on its own. It’s not part of any certification program, and I’m not affiliated with Belief Code®. My method was developed independently through years of client experience and testing.
