How I Developed Thought Code Sessions In 2018, I introduced Thought Code sessions to my practice after reading several books about limiting beliefs.  I was already practicing Psych-K and Emotion Code and studying Body Code.  After several discussions with my mentor, the name “Thought Code” seemed like a logical name that merged with what I was already doing (see later paragraphs that discuss Belief Code®).  Initially rooted in the concepts of Psych-K and Body Code and focused on the body’s Meridians, these sessions identified and transformed specific limiting beliefs that significantly impacted each Meridian. While effective, in-person sessions were essential as they required tapping on specific meridian alarm points. During the COVID lockdown, I was able to shift to remote sessions by using the body’s main energy centers and categorizing 1400+ beliefs (some limiting and some empowering). My extensive study and training allow me to target and release limiting thought patterns, which can ease feelings of anxiety and insecurity. By shedding these burdens energetically, we make room for positive beliefs that can reshape your mental attitude. Thought Code recognizes the impact of deeply rooted beliefs on experiences and actions, guiding a transformative journey toward an affirming perspective. Understanding Subconscious Beliefs Energetic Transformation: Only subconscious beliefs that conflict with conscious beliefs can undergo energetic changes. Belief Code® (developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson who created Emotion Code and Body Code) was recently released and opened for certification (fall 2023).  When the first certification group started talking about it in online groups, I noticed that it also used these familiar terms. But just like the sunshine isn’t exclusive to a sunny beach holiday, these terms are not proprietary to the Belief Code®. They’re universal and circulate freely in our everyday language and are everyone’s shared companions in understanding human behavior and personality. Just to be transparent, I want to mention that I currently don’t hold a certification in Belief Code®. The Thought Code sessions I offer were developed several years ago, predating the emergence of Belief Code®. As we discussed in earlier paragraphs, there are similarities and shared terminology … as there are in many other energy-clearing programs, techniques, and modalities. It’s important to note that my technique has successfully supported my clients for many years. At this time, I have not made plans to pursue additional certification in Belief Code® as I’m dedicated to continuing the effective work with the method I developed.

That 90% runs in the background and wreaks havoc on rational thinking … much the same way a computer virus destroys the operating system of your computer. These underlying thoughts impact every area of your life: relationships, career and life goals, hopes and dreams, money, etc. These core beliefs may have been created by family, religion, society, etc., and clearing non-beneficial, unconscious thoughts/beliefs can profoundly change your life. Old beliefs are no longer serving you and need to be changed. Many cultures and ancient writings teach about the power of our thoughts and intentions. Our beliefs, habits, and lifestyles are then created from thought (whether real or imagined). If we hear or tell ourselves something often enough, we believe it to be true … even when it’s not. We all know brilliant people who think they are stupid because they were told so as they were growing up, or women who feel their only place of worth is as a homemaker because they grew up hearing “the woman’s place is in the home” or “women aren’t good at math”. How many men abandon dreams of being a musician, artist, or interior decorator because they are told they need to prove themselves on the sports field or “real men don’t do THAT”? All beliefs begin with a thought, and those thoughts are often created during childhood.  Maybe it was classmates who said you were stupid because you didn’t understand something in science or history class.  Maybe you even heard “I wish I’d never had you” from a parent.  Even our beliefs about money and abundance come from phrases like “money doesn’t grow on trees” or “you have to work hard to get ahead” or “rich people are selfish”.
